When and how to use Extra Rich Massage Balsam?
In cases of colds and ARVI
Apply onto the wings of the nose to facilitate breathing.
When you experience the first signs of a cold, add 20–30 drops of the balsam to 2 liters of hot water and soak your feet for 10–15 minutes. Pat them dry and put on warm socks.
If the body temperature is high, rub the balsam onto the chest and back area from the lower back and higher, and cover yourself with a blanket Repeat 2-3 times a day.
In cases of cough and sore throat, rub the balsam into the chest area with massaging movements. Repeat 2-3 times a day.
In cases of pain in muscles, joints, neck, and lower back
After an intensive workout, rub the body with balsam to remove the "tight muscles" effect.
If you experience discomfort in the waist, neck or joints, apply the balm onto the body with massaging movements.
To heal minor injuries
In cases of skin irritations, abrasions, cuts, shallow injuries, and insect stings, apply the balsam 5–7 times a day.
In cases of headache and overexertion
Gently massage the balsam onto the temple area. Use as necessary.
In cases of hypothermia
Rub your hands and feet with balsam.
We recommend testing the balsam on the bend of the arm prior to use – possible skin reaction can be determined by individual intolerance to the product ingredients.
