When and how to use Extra Rich Massage Balsam?
In cases of colds and ARVI
Apply onto the wings of the nose to facilitate breathing.
When you experience the first signs of a cold, add 20–30 drops of the balsam to 2 liters of hot water and soak your feet for 10–15 minutes. Pat them dry and put on warm socks.
If the body temperature is high, rub the balsam onto the chest and back area from the lower back and higher, and cover yourself with a blanket Repeat 2-3 times a day.
