Order processing takes 1 day after the payment confirmation. The payment is deemed confirmed once monetary funds are credited to the Company's bank account.

Delivery of your order to your home within Thailand usually takes from 1 day, depending on your location.

After you have placed an order in our E-shop, the order is automatically assigned a number, and you will receive a notification to the email address specified in the order form. This number will serve as a tracking number for your order.

Delivery costs are based on box volume and weight.
