A team of over 30 volunteers – Distributors and Company employees – organized an environmental initiative as part of the 100 Ha Project in Chonburi Province, where the restoration of mangrove ecosystems helps strengthen coastal resilience, support local marine species, and protect natural resources.
Volunteers planted 500 mangrove saplings across an area of approximately 0.7 hectares! A delegation from Vietnam also joined the effort, making it an international event. This collective spirit reaffirmed how important global sustainability goals are to our community. Thank you to every participant and organizer involved in the campaign!
Chonburi is known for its strong tides and dramatic tidal cycles. This required a special approach to the timing and method of planting. The project experts took these factors into account to ensure the saplings would take root and the volunteers' work would make a lasting impact.
We thank the teams from Thailand and Vietnam for their consistent support of the 100 Ha Project, their dedication, and their kindness. In the International Volunteer Year, this is especially valuable!
